Dispatch & Tracking
At Apex we strive to have orders shipped on the same day you placed your order. Some products may require final touches, like anodising or assembling, which may take an additional day or two.
If there has been an error and your chosen items are not in stock, we will contact you with an option to either:
- Receive a full refund,
- Swap your chosen item for something else, or;
- Wait until we have the product in stock (time frame will be advised).
Any Apexid orders will take between 3-5 business days to be dispatched.
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a Tracking Number, which will be connected to a courier. You will be able to use this tracking number on the couriers website to locate your package.
